What's your #PowerToBe ?

Eslam had to hide in a cellar before she and her family could flee. Today, they live all together in Turkey.
She and her sister Maya share the same passion…
… and mostly draw together.
Her drawings are in black and white and full of little details.
Eslam uses our financial support to buy school materials.
Eslam's father installed a small garden with the help of his daughters in the backyard. It reminds them of their house in Syria.

ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN

What we love connects us

The #PowerToBe campaign aims to raise awareness and understanding for people that had to flee conflict by showing them as individuals with passions. Meet Eslam, Hiba, Ibrahim and Mohammed, who share those talents with people from six countries. The campaign launches in January 2022 in: Germany, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Portugal and Turkey - building on success of last year's #PowerToBe campaign.
